The ticket refunds will be made from April 13 onwards as described below.

If you have a pre-sale ticket and would like a refund, please see below.
Tickets are only unused tickets.
Refunds will be made at the store of purchase.
Please confirm the procedure of each seller and complete the procedure within the refund period.
Customers who purchased tickets at Lawson

Tickets will be refunded at Lawson's "Loppi".

Customers who purchased tickets at Ticket Pia
[Refund Period] April 13, 2020-April 20, 2020
Refunds are accepted at the store where the ticket was collected (each convenience store, Pia store). Please bring your ticket.
Please return your ticket to Pia Mail Center for delivery.
Refunds will be made with the "Postal Transfer Certificate" within 3-4 weeks after the refund acceptance period is over.

Customers who purchased tickets at Seven-Eleven

Refunds are accepted at Seven-Eleven stores. Bring your ticket to the store where you purchased or issued the ticket.
* Please note that refunds for tickets received at Seven-Eleven after applying at the Doshin Play Guide will be made at the Doshin Play Guide.
* If you purchase a ticket with a bottle, please contact the STV business (011-272-8658 @ 10: 00-17: 00 excluding weekends and holidays).
Customers who purchased the Doshin Play Guide / Sapporo Community Plaza Ticket Center

Refunds will be accepted at the store where you purchased. Please bring your ticket.
